1. Yogurt & Eggs

Apply the mixture of yogurt & raw eggs on your scalp & keep it for an hour. After that, shampoo your hair. Follow the routine at least once a week. This treatment is very beneficial for the reduction of hair loss. The mustard oil may be mixed with yogurt & egg. It has boosting effects in preventing hair loss.

2. Onion Juice

Apply onion juice (can be obtained after grinding 1 large onion & then filtering it) to your scalp & keep it at least 60 mins. After then, you can wash it with any herbal shampoo free from synthetic compounds toxic for hair like sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS). Follow this routine twice a week or depending upon the severity of your hair loss. If you can’t tolerate the smell of onion juice, you can add some natural fragrance like rose water.

The research date has shown that onion juice is useful to prevent hair loss as it acts as a stimulant to enhance hair growth, improves scalp circulation which is necessary for hair growth, keeps scalp cleansed & also acts as an antiseptic. All these features attract different brands to use onion juice in their products to prevent hair fall or hair loss.

3. Cilantro (Coriander) Juice

The extract from fresh Coriander leaves is also valuable to prevent hair loss. It is full of many vitamins & protein required for the growth of new hair & in prevention of falling old hair. Also apply it on your scalp for an hour before shampooing your hair. Follow this routine twice a week. The improvement in hair loss can be observed in two weeks or so depending upon severity of hair fall.

4. Methi (Fenugreek) Seeds Powder

Methi seeds are very good in curing hair fall. These contain nicotinic acid & many other proteins which are important in the growth of hair.

Take 1 spoon of powder of Methi seeds & mix it with water (paste of curd or yogurt can also be used if your scalp isn’t oily). Then apply this mixture upon your scalp & wash it after an hour or so. Follow this routine twice a week. This prevents hair loss in a month with better results.

5. Eat Vitamin C Rich Diets

Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant so it is necessary for maintaining the strength & luster of hair. So add sufficient amount of Vit C in your diet on daily basis. Utilize foods rich in Vit C like orange, lemon, green pepper etc.

6. Avoid Excessive Heating

One of the common causes of weakened hair is excessive heating or drying as it makes the hair protein more fragile & brittle which leads to hair fall.

7. Avoid Over Washing

Avoid over washing as it not only removes the dirt particles but also the nutrients & natural protein from hair which are necessary for their survival & this leads to hair fall most frequently.

8. Care For Your Hair

Your hairs require your proper intention. If you care for your hairs properly, hair fall can be prevented to a greater extent. Avoid using junk food, which may be hazardous for hair. By doing so, hair fall is prevented mostly if the problem isn’t in the genetics.
